Hello I am Evelyn Wise. I studied pet grooming in California and after my internship I worked 5 years at Barbara's dog grooming. I came to Idaho in 1995 and I groomed for Dr. Stritski and when he sold to dr. Slurink I stayed on as the groomer at Cleveland pet hospital. In 2012 I put up a couple of walls and made a shop in my garage. I groom small and medium dogs only. I take time to make sure the dog feels safe. There have been many dogs over the years that the client has said the previous groomer said they bite or even that the other groomer will not do the dog because It bites and acts up. Most of the time the dog is scared sometimes it just takes a kind word and going slow until they understand it does not hurt. I charge extra for dogs I have to spend extra time with but after a few regular visits the dogs usually improves and the price goes down. Many dogs bite over their nails and I will muzzle and usually do not charge extra. You can call until 9pm to make an appointment, It can be hard to answer during work hours.
